The ultimate workshop/masterclass hosted by the Welsh World fly fishing championships team. (Team Fundraiser)
During the 2026 Trout season, the Welsh world team will be hosting a series of one day masterclasses.
Numbers will be limited per day and per workshop, to ensure each individual gets the quality time and attention needed from our team. If you are interested in attending one or more of these dates please get in touch and we can provide you with pricing, availability and more details.
This is truely an incredible experience for those wanting to improve their overall fishing game and take their fishing ability to the next level.
All our world team members and some former Welsh team members, will be on hand to demonstrate tactics and techniques in a series of workshops that cover a multitude of methods.
Followed by giving each person the one-to-one attention needed so that you two can add your newfound skills to your arsenal.
Not only is the aim to improve your ability, but our structured days will better your understanding on leader setups and knots, approach, watercraft and river craft, fish playing skills and much more.
But included within your day, will be a collection of ‘one off’ items, unique to our workshop for you to take away and keep.
– River fly fishing Notebook (completely unique to the workshop covering all the content provided on the course. As a keepsake so that you referred to her any time to help you along your Fly Fishing journey)
– A box of flies provided by the team and hand tied by each member)
– Your fishing permit
– a selection of pre-made leaders hand tied by the team, including: Dry fly leaders, Spanish leaders and wet fly spiders leaders
And to top the experience off, we will have an on hand professional photographer that will be moving around in a relaxed manner to take professional level photos that you will have access to at your own disposal.
