Steve Pinn’s latest catches from Stafford Moor
Stafford Moor – Carp – New Personal Bests
Alan Jump enjoyed a successful session at Stafford Moor landing this mirror carp of 23lb one of three fish he landed including another mirror of 20lb 1oz.
Alex Stevens and his son Cameron (6 years old) fished the Dam wall on Beatties lake. Cameron had a new personal best of 22lb they had a total of 12 fish to 24lb on Mainline cell boilies.
Stafford Moor Carp Catches
(Above) James Short AKA ‘Shorty’ landed six fish from the beach swim on Beattie’s lake using Sticky Baits Manilla boilies.
Matt Stephenson and his partner Emma Leaper(Above) enjoyed a session on the inlet swim on Beattie’s Lake landing several fine double figure carp .

Bumper Weights at Stafford Moor
There have been some stunning weights at Stafford Moor Recently with the cooler changeable weather encouraging the fish to feed hard.
The top six weights in Stafford Moors latest Mid week open all topped the ton with the top weight doubling this at 206lb 11oz.

Family Fishing Adventure at Stafford Moor
Scott Mann MP for North Cornwall is a keen angler and paid a visit to Stafford Moor Fishery with his family enjoying success landing five carp to 16lb 9oz. Scott tells me that the family are hooked and looking forward to a return visit.
BIg Eels at Stafford Moor
Steve Pinn ( Above) landed this big eel at Stafford Moor using Pepperami.
Eel specialist Alan Jump landed this fine 4lb 6oz specimen at Stafford Moor.
Big eels can turn up in many different waters and Stafford Moor is gaining a reputation as a water capable of showing up some really big specimens with eels close to double figures a real possibility.

Stafford Moor regular Steve Pinn ( The BIvvy Tramp) sent me this awesome image of a mid double from Lodge Lake.

Andy David Honey and friend Rob fished on the beach swim on Beattie’s and landed many carp out up to 29lb (Robs new pb) using C C Moore live system boilie.
(Below)John and Adam Atkins caught several carp from the back bays in Beattie’s Lake using Sticky Baits Krill boilies.
There is a winter ticket now available to buy for Stafford Moors specimen lakes Beattie’s and Lodge lakes. The ticket runs from 4th December until 2nd March (am Monday- am Friday). Stafford Moor Carp Catches
Jack Scott fished Lodge Lake with brother Ben. They fished on the double swim in the spit and landed 8 fish out up to 18lb using Sticky Manilla & Krill boilies.
Conner Nettleton fished on the inlet swim on Beattie’s using CC Moore live system boilies, he had 5 fish out in 24 hours.
STAFFORD MOOR – FISHO WINNER – 209lb 3oz!!!!
Many Match anglers would be delighted to top 100lb; Steve Shaw fished a match at the Prolific Stafford Moor to double this weight!
Winner of Stafford Moors Fisho Festival 2017 was Steve Shaw (MOSELLA) who won from peg 1 on Tanners lake with 203lb 8oz!
Twenty anglers contested the competition on Tanners Lake.
Steve won £1000 and the four section winners won £295 each with second in section winners received £140 each.
